Banana Cake 香蕉糕
Ingredients:
Sponge Mix Flour ~ 330 gram
Eggs ~ 4 pcs
Water ~ 1 1/2 Table Spoon
Butter ~ 165 gram
Banana ~ Small is 4 pcs OR Big is 3 pcs
Methods:
- Take the butter boil until melt, set aside until it abit cold. Mash the banana and set aside
- Spong Mix Flour, Eggs & Water mix all together and beat until white
- Then add the butter (oledi melt)
- Add banana
- Bake 170 / 180 degree celsious (55 minutes)
Note ~ The Oven actually depend our individual home's oven, because each oven cannot estimate the timer. Mine one 55 mins is using amway bread maker.
